IZHE collects information that you provide when placing an order, redeeming a Give One code, requesting a church campaign, or contacting support. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, organization, shipping address, product size, and order-related information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. IZHE does not store complete payment-card numbers on this website. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.

Orders and redemption

Order and redemption information is used to process purchases, issue and validate Give One codes, fulfill products, prevent duplicate redemptions, provide support, and maintain operational records.

Forms

Contact and church-campaign forms are processed through Netlify Forms and made available to authorized IZHE administrators.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers needed to process payments, host the website, communicate with you, and fulfill orders. IZHE does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect stored information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, through the contact form.

Changes

This policy may be updated as IZHE’s services and legal obligations develop. Material changes will be posted on this page.
