Orders

Orders are accepted when payment is successfully completed and confirmed. IZHE may cancel and refund an order when an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

Products

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly by display and manufacturing batch. Size availability is shown at the time of purchase or redemption.

Shipping

Estimated delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address.

Give One codes

Each eligible purchased shirt generates one Give One claim code. A code may be redeemed once, has no cash value, may not be resold, and may be cancelled when obtained through fraud, chargeback, refund, or abuse. The recipient must provide a valid U.S. shipping address and select an available size.

Returns and refunds

Return and refund procedures will be stated in the order confirmation and may differ for purchased products and no-cost Give One items. Give One claims are not transferable after redemption.

Church campaigns

Campaign terms, mission allocations, dates, responsibilities, and financial arrangements are governed by the written campaign agreement accepted by IZHE and the participating organization.

Intellectual property

IZHE names, logos, designs, book content, and other original materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Limitations

To the maximum extent allowed by law, IZHE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
